In order to email members that have email accounts with BT Internet and Yahoo you will need to make a few changes to your DNS
Firstly check that the Hostworks mail server is set up with your DNS provider. This will limit the number of bounces that you receive for your campaigns
The second thing we can do is add an SPF record to your DNS. The SPF is again provided by your DNS host and will reduce the number of bounces that you receive
The value of the SPF record is
v=spf1 mx a:img-smtp.hostworks.com.au a:smtphwa.hostworks.com.au a:smtphw01.hostworks.com.au a:smtphw02.hostworks.com.au ptr:img-smtp.hostworks.com.au ip4:184.108.40.206 ip4:220.127.116.11 ip4:18.104.22.168 ip4:22.214.171.124
If your DNS server does not provide an SPF record the above value can be set up using a plain text record
For more information on what your DNS provider uses on their records please contact your DNS provider
Please note: this SPF record is still applicable after the recent domain change from 'imgstg' to 'sportstg'.
